Business Stream Visa Subclass 888 (Permanent)

Business Innovation Stream (Subclass 888A) This is a permanent visa. To be eligible:

The applicant has been in Australia on a subclass 188A visa for at least 12 months, within the two years before the lodgement

Owned and operated a business in Australia for at least two years before the application with an annual turnover of at least AUD 300,000 for the two last four years

You and your partner must meet two of the following three criteria for the 12 months:

• Assets of at least AUD 200,000
• Net personal and business assets of at least AUD 600,000 in Australia
• Employed at least two Australian full-time employees in your business in Australia

Investor Stream (Subclass 888B) This is a permanent visa, to be eligible:

The applicant has been in Australia on subclass 188B VISA for at least two years within the four years before the lodgement

Maintained the investment in Australia State or Territory bonds for the last four years

SIGNIFICANT INVESTOR STREAM (Subclass 888C) This is a permanent visa, to be eligible:

The applicant must hold a subclass 188Cvisa in the significant investor stream and must have held a complying investment of AUD 5 million for 4 years.
