Robert Rey

 

With over 30 years of Commercial Property experience, Robert Rey, Principal and Managing Director of CPRM Property Group (QLD), runs a dedicated commercial property agency. Over the past 17 years Robert has negotiated major sales in the Redcliffe/Rothwell area through to North Lakes & Caboolture. Land sales in the industrial market have included over $150 million worth of industrial land within the Deception Bay & North Lakes areas. Sales of iconic sites at Caboolture, Morayfield and North Lakes totalling well over $150 million have also transpired within the last few years. It is Robert’s belief that agents must possess an understanding of changing market conditions and be able to develop skills to structure deals to suit these conditions.
